About Me

I’ve been a resident of Vancouver since my late teens, and I’m a UBC Faculty of Arts graduate majoring in psychology and statistics.

Life isn’t all about work! I’ve been a runner all my life and currently enjoy running trails with my collie, Teddy. I’ve recently taken up equestrian riding and practice dressage with Olympia, a beautiful bay mare. These sports not only keep me physically fit but mentally sharp, too. Of course I make also make time to enjoy delicious food and wine in our beautiful city.

I entered the real estate field through experience in a related industry. For many years, I owned my own business in corporate relocation, helping companies locate rental accommodation for their operations. When those clients began asking me to help them find homes as well, I transitioned into residential real estate. That was in 1998, and my extensive experience has given me a solid foundation in every aspect of the industry.

But of course I never stop learning! I constantly take professional development courses in such areas a negotiation, the technical side of home construction, investment analysis, marketing techniques, building trends, and legal issues.

What do I love best about being a realtor? My clients! Buying and selling a home is deeply personal. I love helping people get the home they love and reach the end of the process feeling satisfied. In fact, many of my clients become long-term friends, and I have the pleasure of assisting them through numerous real estate transactions.

All of these elements have contributed to my success. I’ve been named to both the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Medallion Club, and have received three RE/MAX of Western Canada Platinum Club Performance Awards.
